You have the right to work only but never to its fruits. We have noticed, sometimes people use two words for कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते or Karmanyevadhikaraste and write it “Karmanye Vadhikaraste”, that is also fine, but I feel it is better to use it as one word, as in the original sloka (verse), it is a joined word ( sandhi).
